How to: Move an entire field column within a table.
Solution:
In Datasheet view, drag and drop the field to the new location.
1)
If the Database window is not active,
activate the Database window.
2)
Go to the Table Datasheet view
.
3)
Select the desired field
.
NOTE: Each column in the Datasheet view is a field. Each row in the Datasheet view is a record.
4)
Drag and drop
the field to the desired location in the table.
